Passe-Montagne is a climbing school located in the Laurentians, offering courses to climbers of all levels since 1981.
Passe-Montagne also offers two yurts located just 15 minutes from the Tyroparc reception chalet, offering superb views of the surrounding forest.
Yurt Stay
Rejuvenation, connection to nature, and the history of climbing pioneers. This is what we want to share with you through this stay in a traditional tent used by nomadic peoples living in the treeless grasslands of Central Asia. Warm and inviting, each yurt preserves a part of the history you will discover. Each yurt is furnished and fully equipped, offering a turnkey stay for outdoor enthusiasts.

Laperrière Yurt
- Sleeps 6 to 8
- With its two double mattresses and four single beds, it is fully equipped to accommodate up to eight people.
- *Includes a baby crib.
Lavallée-Cornellier Yurt
- Sleeps 2 to 4
- With its two double mattresses and two single beds, it is fully equipped to accommodate up to four people.
- No car access to the yurts. The distance from the reception to the yurts is a 1 km hike through the mountains.
- The elevation gain can be a bit of a challenge, and you’ll be proud of it!
