Take a snowmobiling guided tour in the heart of the Laurentians and discover a grand variety of landscapes that will amaze you! The Laurentians are the snowmobiling paradise and Saint Agathe-des-Monts is the birthplace of the first snowmobile club in the world in 1964.
Your tour, accompanied by a certified guide, is of a duration of two hours (The activity duration may vary between 1.5h and 2h according to the snow conditions in the trails)
You will get to admire the wild landscapes of the boreal forest and the white mountains of the Laurentians. You can take pictures and with a little luck, see some deers.
Your tour will begin with a dressing session, at which the cold weather equipment will be provided. A short briefing indicating the required conduct and a summary of safety information will follow.
The Laurentians are the ultimate destination for snowmobiling. Either with friends or in a couple, it is an unforgettable experience. Our region is known as one of the best snowmobiling spots in North America with its excellent snowfall and varying terrain and trails. Its snowy white carpet is perfect for beginners and the more experienced.
In order to fully enjoy your activity and to avoid the cold, sometimes extreme, it is important to be well equipped.
Personal items we recommend that you bring :
- Winter underwear and doubled pants
- Wool socks
- Wool sweater or polar fleece
- High neck sweater
- Neck warmer
Minimum age : 18 years old for drivers / 5 years old and 4′ / 1.22 m tall for passengers
A valid driver’s license is compulsory and must be carried on you throughout the activity, no copy accepted.
You must check in on site at least 50 minutes before the start of the activity
A security deposit of $ 2500,00 + taxes is required. This deposit is payable before gaining access to the equipment by the customer and is refunded in full or in part (depending on any costs incurred due to damage) after inspection upon delivery of the equipment.
This deposit can be paid by Visa or MasterCard or by cash payment in Canadian dollars, euros or US dollars.
In place of the $2500 security deposit, you can also choose a non refundable $50 security fee to reduce to a $1000 plus taxes refundable security deposit per snowmobile. In this case, the customer remains responsible for damages of a value up to $1000 plus taxes per snowmobile on the provided equipment.
No other means of payment are accepted for the payment of the deposit. Refusal to pay or the inability to pay the deposit by the client automatically entails the cancellation of the tour.
The operator reserves the right to exclude any person he/she deems a risk for him/herself or to the rest of the group. The participant must understand he/she may leave the activity for any reason whatsoever without reimbursement.
When booking you must provide a credit card number to guarantee your reservation. In the event of cancellation or modification (date, time, number of participant) within a period greater than 48 hours, no fees will be incurred.
In the case of a cancellation or modification (date, time, number of participant) within 48 hours before the day of scheduled activity, the amount for the total number of participant to the activity will be charged on your Card (72 hours for groups from 10 to 20 people).
In case you are unable to be present due to illness, it is possible, with valid proof from a doctor, to reimburse the person concerned.
